Active pedagogy, no lecturing
Students build their knowledge through action: discussions, role-plays, case studies, projects. In a meta-analysis of 225 studies of university science courses, students in active-learning courses failed less often than those in lecture courses (Freeman et al., 2014).

Care & high standards
Not one without the other. Care creates the emotional safety that lets you dare, make mistakes, and progress. High standards push everyone upward, without humiliation.

Research-backed methods
Self-testing, spaced repetition, the Cornell method, the Pomodoro technique. The first two are among the techniques rated most useful by research in cognitive psychology (Dunlosky et al., 2013); the other two are practical tools to get organised and test yourself.

In Morocco, education happens in 3 languages. Our team masters all of them: students can move from one to another as they feel comfortable, to understand before rephrasing.

Four principles we never let go of
"Progress matters more than performance"
We don't compare students to each other. Each one has a starting point, goals, a pace. Our role is to measure each student's progress against themselves — not against an arbitrary ranking.
"Learning to learn"
Beyond content, we transmit method. A student leaving Wizaide should know how to revise efficiently in any subject, anytime, without us.
"Pleasure is a lever, not an option"
We engage more with what interests us. We work hard — but with laughter, games, creativity. It's serious without being sad.
"Mistakes are part of the journey"
No one learns without making mistakes. At Wizaide, a mistake is precious data — it reveals what's missing to progress. Never a shame.

How does it work, concretely?

First conversation: understanding your needs
A short conversation by video or at the center. We understand your situation, your goals, your constraints. No commitment.

Diagnosis & recommendation
Level test (English), school review (coaching). We propose a tailored format — in-person, online, hybrid, individual or group.

Gradual start
First integration session with the group. Review after 2-3 sessions to adjust if needed.

Regular follow-up
Monthly reviews (for coaching), regular feedback to parents for teens. You always know where your child stands — or yourself.
